Together we’ve walked 44 miles in t | he | art of of Petersburg to proclaim our importance as an art community. One hundred and twenty thousand feet of bailing twine now surrounds the columns of the Petersburg Regional Art Center as a public representation of the magnitude of possibility the city holds. The latin “efficere,” to make or change, embodies our intentions of not only changing the environment in Petersburg, but the reputation of Petersburg as well. You must ask yourself, at what point is it necessary to make it change rather than just watch it change?
